Such a fun post Marko! Love it. I'm lucky to live in the tropics where fresh veggies are a year round thing, but I still love the roasting and glazing and braising techniques you favor. Thank you for this inspirational post and delicious recipes.

Thank you for helping get the word out about cooking more of our local winter veg. So true to say it isn’t the vegetable that is unappealing, it’s almost always the method. My Mom grew up with boiled cabbage but thankfully, she figured out that slicing it as you would for coleslaw, plus a sprinkle of water, covered and a few minutes in the microwave makes the sweetest, most delicious side dish ever. Add a bit of of S&P, dab of butter and you wont believe how good it tastes. Thanks for sharing your recipes. I’m cooking for 🇨🇦 this winter!
