Good grief, Marko. First, sympathies on your father's health. I am glad you are able to spend so much time with him. Second, how amazing, and how typical, for you to create such an amazing combination of healthy, delicious ingredients., and to explain the chemistry of why it works. My only caveat is why didn't you link the Warrior Blend too? Your newsletter this morning was a nourishing start to my day.
I wrote this at 6am just before publishing, so I didn’t do my usual linking – I’m over capacity, but wanted to get back to the routine of writing. You can buy SunWarrior almost anywhere online, locally Goodness Me! usually has it on sale. I get the unflavoured (no xanthan). This is my daily protein powder. https://sunwarrior.com/products/organic-warrior-blend-vegan-protein-powder
No worries. It's surprising that you had 'the bandwidth' to write such a clear, concise essay in the first place. It's just that I am going to buy several of these things and if I bought them through your link, then, that would be good, right? But, Marko, it seems that Beck's Broth doesn't ship outside of Canada, like your granola?
I appreciate that – I’ve stopped using affiliate links altogether as I don’t want that incentive as part of my work.
Yes, Canada only. Beckie is local to me and her dry product is new – she just started to be able to ship across Canada (I can’t even do that yet, need CFIA approval). Next step after CFIA compliance is transferring that to FDA approval to get an export license. I hope to write about all this one day, the complexity that drives consolidation that I’ve been learning about re: food safety regulations.
Got it. Thanks. I love the window into this world of food resources and what's going on in Canada that you provide. No worries. It's just good to know about places like Beck's Broth, and Granola Daddy. Take care of yourself and keep hydrated.
Marko, I tried this, and it is FABULOUS. I used Bellwether Farms organic sheep yogurt and Sun Warrior protein powder, and it was exactly as you described, just lucious. I added dried cherries and sliced almonds, and I felt full and nourished for hours. So cool. Thanks

Thank you for the kind words.
